Description

A large 1 1/2 height space with several supporting smaller spaces - bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom - give a certain neutrality and ambiguity as to how to use the apartments, as has been successfully shown over time. The space could also be used with two small studios upstairs and living and sleeping spaces downstairs. Furthermore, a mezzanine level could provide additional room.
